This policy covers treecareofbuffalo.com, run by Tree Care of Buffalo, LLC, Buffalo, New York.

What we collect

• What you send us. The estimate form hands your name, phone, address, and notes to a small program on our hosting provider (Cloudflare), which emails them to us and keeps nothing itself. Photos are not uploaded through the form; text them to us instead. If that program cannot be reached, the form opens an email in your own mail app addressed to us. Either way, what you send is used to schedule and price your work.
• What every web server sees. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) to keep the site running. We don't use them to identify you.

What we don't do

• No advertising trackers, no cookies set by this site, and no analytics that identify you. The estimate form loads one script from Cloudflare (Turnstile) that checks the request comes from a person, not a bot; that check may use a cookie of its own for that purpose alone.
• We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone, except as required to do the work you asked for (for example, a utility mark-out request includes the job address) or as required by law.

Keeping and deleting

Estimate emails and job records are kept as ordinary business records, invoices, insurance documentation, and the like. If you want your contact information deleted from our email and records, ask and we'll do it, subject to what tax and insurance rules make us keep.
